1. How does your mobile call analysis and reporting service work?
Our online mobile call analysis and reporting service is a flat rate managed service that
resides at our service bureau and utilizes our MethodiCall software.
Each month we download the electronic invoices from the wireless carrier portal.
We then cross-reference the billing information with corporate organizational information
such as Department and Cost Centres. After the analysis process is complete, a battery
of management reports are generated and distributed. These reports provide a great
way of determining how much you spend, who is spending it and identify areas where you
are overpaying.
2. What happens after you identify areas of waste?
Our job is to identify areas of concern. Your job will be to review these areas given
your detailed knowledge of your company. Your organization may have unique circumstances
that result in higher costs in specific areas relative to others in the industry.
3. What does our company need to do to get started?
All we need is online access to all your wireless carriers’ web sites and a company
directory. Once we have those components we can start generating reports for analysis
purposes.
4. How much of my time does this require?
Very little staff time is required during start-up and on an ongoing basis. Our clients
are pleasantly surprised by how little effort they need to invest to get major returns.
We have significant domain expertise that will benefit you.
5. What is the term of the contract that I have to sign?
We are confident that you'll find our reports so useful that you won't want to cancel the
service. Because of this, we do not have a contract. Instead, we have a 30-day Service
Agreement. In the event that you want to cancel the service, all you have to do is give
us 30-days notice.
6. What kind of savings can I expect?
STT will identify average cost savings between 15% and 30% of your total mobile spend.
Realized savings will depend on how actively you pursue the recommendations. Some
customers recognize the potential savings but don’t necessarily act on every item
identified by the analysis. Instead, these customers use the service because it
allows them to exercise control over their mobility usage and spend.
7. My carrier provides me with a reporting tool. Why do I need your services?
Our reports are designed with end users in mind. We have reports that identify
high spend users, idle devices, and cost centre summaries to name a few.
We also report on multiple carriers which shows you with a true
picture of your total spend.
8. Can reports be distributed to people within my organization?
Yes. Reports can be distributed to end users and managers providing true employee
visibility and accountability. We find this is the best way to reduce your spend.
When end users see how much their usage costs, they usually reduce their usage patterns.
9. Can my corporate logo appear on my reports?
Your corporate logo will appear in all the reports if you provide us with an image file
that contains your corporate logo.
10. Can I have online access to my data?
Yes, online access is available. You can generate ad-hoc reports and search your data
with this online availability.
11. How much data do you keep?
We will retain at least 2 years of data, with the past 14 months online. If you have
additional requirements these can be facilitated.
12. How much does it cost?
Our fee is a flat rate monthly fee based on the number of devices and the reporting options.
We do not take a percentage of your savings or of your total spend.
