To analyze your company’s wireless expenses MethodiCall requires your carriers electronic billing data. Even if you’ve never heard of this before, your carrier provides it. Trust us.
To analyze PBX (or wire-line) usage, MethodiCall collects the call detail records (CDR) directly from your corporate PBX.
Using MethodiCall’s reporting features you’ll be able to find expenses that are usually high within your telecom environment. Since every company is different, your job will be to review these areas and use your detailed knowledge of your company to determine what actions are required.
The more information you can provide MethodiCall the more comprehensive the analysis can be. At the very minimum, electronic billing data or CDR records are required. Ideally, you’ll want to include:
- All Mobile billing data when analyzing wireless usage
- All PBX CDR data when analyzing wire-line usage
- A list of employee names and phone numbers/extensions
- A list of frequently called customer and/or supplier numbers
- Any trunking information (PBX only)
If you’re using the hosted version of MethodiCall we’ll do all of the work for you. All you need to provide is access to your PBX and/or carrier billing data and we’ll take care of the rest.
On-site installations of MethodiCall take more time to setup because your IT department will need to be involved.
