Just about everyone I know believes mobility invoices are very complicated. Let’s face it, there is a lot of moving parts (rate plans, upgrades, suspensions etc.) and you must be on top of things which consumes a significant amount of administrative time. The fact that you may not know, is that your Carrier Sales Representative spends an enormous amount of time on billing related matters. They would rather be selling but things are so complicated that they are forced to address billing issues. If you can, try to keep things as simple as possible. This will greatly decrease potential billing errors.
