We had an interesting thing pop-up again lately that I thought is “blog worthy.” We were trying to reconcile roaming charges for one of our clients. It turns out that one of the “Big Three” Canadian Carries does not provide enough international roaming information to determine if the data billing is correct. Or in other words, there is no way to audit the rates. The moral of the story is that you must be able to audit the carrier billing to ensure contract accuracy. I really do not like taking someone’s word that the billing is accurate.
